Operations Lead

About the Role
As the Operations Lead at Aromaria, you will take ownership of our end-to-end operational execution across Mexico. This role is central to ensuring the smooth delivery of our services, managing logistics, installations, and technical support to create exceptional client experiences. You will work closely with the CEO and key departments to drive process optimization, team performance, and service excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who excels in building scalable systems and leading high-performing teams within a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Strategy and Oversight: Lead the planning and execution of logistics, installations, warehousing, and customer service operations.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor operations managers, technicians, and logistics teams to ensure strong performance and development.
Process Optimization: Design and implement scalable systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs across operations.
Service Quality: Maintain high service standards from installation through ongoing maintenance to ensure premium client experiences.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Align operations with Sales, Finance, and Procurement to support company growth and client satisfaction.
Performance Tracking: Define and monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and lead operational planning initiatives.

Requirements
Experience: 6+ years in operations, logistics, or service delivery, ideally in B2B, retail, or facility services. Prior experience in senior-level or high-responsibility roles is strongly preferred.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate cross-functional teams. Experience managing both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Location and Availability: Based in Mexico City and able to travel as needed to oversee operations, installations, and team performance in other regions.
