About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and polished Sales Executive with a strong background in
advertising sales and a passion for building long-term client relationships. This role is
remote-first but requires consistent, face-to-face interaction with top-tier corporate clients
in Mexico City.
You’ll manage an existing portfolio of high-value accounts across industries like travel,
fintech, and retail, focusing on upselling and delivering ongoing support. At the same time,
you’ll drive new business by identifying and closing top-tier leads through strategic weekly
visits.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage and grow a portfolio of high-end clients through upsell and cross-sell
opportunities.
● Conduct bi-weekly in-person meetings with existing clients for relationship
maintenance and performance reviews.
● Conduct weekly face-to-face meetings with prospective clients and high-potential
accounts.
● Develop tailored media and advertising proposals that align with client objectives.
● Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media) to ensure campaign
success.
● Report sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
● Stay updated on trends in advertising, digital media, and client industries.
What We’re Looking For
● Based in Mexico City with availability to attend in-person meetings in key business
districts.
● Minimum 3 years of experience in advertising/media sales or related fields.
● Strong personal presence and professional image; excellent communicator and
relationship builder.
● Experience selling to or working with corporate clients in verticals like travel, fintech,
and retail is a big plus.
● Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely.
● Fluent in English and Spanish.

We offer a gross monthly salary of MXN 20,000. Starting from the third month,
if the candidate exceeds the average media spend threshold across client
accounts, we offer a monthly bonus of MXN 20,000 — provided they grow the
account's media spend by more than 25% compared to the previous average.
