About the Role
Aromaria is looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff to support our Global Growth Director. We need a highly strategic and operationally savvy professional who can manage multiple high-impact projects and ensure that our global expansion goals are executed efficiently and effectively.
Who We Are Looking For
A professional with a degree in International Relations, Business Relations, or similar.
Experience in project management, operations, and executive leadership.
Work experience, ideally in fast-paced, international environments.
Hands-on, proactive, and with a strong "do-er" mentality.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
International experience (studying or living abroad is highly valued).
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with exceptional organizational and decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of global growth and expansion strategies.
Oversee teams, projects, and key processes at an international level.
Act as the right hand to the Global Growth Director, ensuring efficient decision-making and execution of initiatives.
Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in operations and strategies.
Maintain clear and effective communication across different departments and stakeholders.
