Jr Recruiter

Role Objective

Support the recruitment team by generating candidate pipelines, maintaining accurate ATS data, and ensuring smooth interview coordination for tech and regulated roles within a fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

-Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms for technical and regulated roles (CNBV / Banco de México context).
-Screen and organize candidate profiles to build qualified pipelines.
-Maintain and update candidate information in Workday (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and process tracking.
-Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders (scheduling, confirmations, follow-ups).
-Support the recruitment team in keeping processes organized, timely, and efficient.

Profile Requirements

-Disposition to commute to zona Arcos/Lomas 4 days per week.
-Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
-English (preferred).
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently.
