The ideal candidate must have social skills to communicate with people, this profile includes administration activities like managing and uploading information in the internal system, business trip, managing vendor biddings and payment processes, and give support to the supervisor and manager of the department, also need to have a good teamwork attitude.
Responsibilities:
· Upload information in the internal system
· Invoicing and Reports
· Report managing
· Bidding to purchase
Requirements:
· Good Communication in English (written and spoken).
· Excellent service attitude and can-do attitude.
· Computer knowledge, general knowledge of Microsoft Office, and ability to quickly learn new systems.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· High standard of organization
· Attitude of service
· Creative, smart, and analytic
· Multitasking and Proactive
· - Completed bachelor's degree.
