Main responsibilities:
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cost analyses: unit cost per package, cost per route, cost per hour, labor efficiency, loading rate, etc.
Create cost control dashboards, monitoring models, and early warning mechanisms. Provide data to support operational decisions.
Lead or participate in cost reduction and efficiency projects (e.g., route optimization, workforce restructuring, outsourcing tendering, automation).
Optimize network structure, route planning, vehicle loading, shift scheduling, and resource allocation. Promote efficient management to reduce rework, damage, idle resources, and non-value-added activities.


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
More than one year of experience in cost management, operations analysis or financial analysis in logistics (preferably) e-commerce, supply chain or logistics network.
Knowledge of the logistics cost structure: transport line, transfer center, last mile delivery, labor, outsourcing, assets and operations.
Knowledge of cost accounting, budget management, variance analysis and process optimization.
Basic knowledge of financial regulations, taxation and internal control.
Strong data analysis, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English for daily conversations and presentations.
