Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a talented Global Accounts Executive to support the maintenance and management of VIP customers portfolio (electronics, automotive, FAB industries) with the goal of achieving business growth while maintaining all current customer’s commercial requirements.

This role is a mix of client-facing, analytical, supporting and marketing activities. Global accounts work mainly involves rates and bid quotation, contract maintenance, follow up on global accounts contract conditions such as credit management, operation set-up and follow up on issues resolution.

The ideal candidate must have good communication skills, problem solving, service attitude, high efficiency and tolerance to work under high pressure as well as an interest in logistics and export operations. Knowledge and experience with key accounts in Mexico for the shipping industry is required.


Responsibilities:

· Process and maintain admin tasks related to global accounts ocean freight agreements.

· Issues resolution for global accounts including commercial issues, operational issues, disputes and other related issues.

· Facilitate the development of clients’ relations on a local, regional and global level.

· Keep close communication with customers via email, phone, instant messaging, and with overseas offices to solve problems related to global accounts.

· Solve any issue encountered on the spot through coordination with all related departments including operations, sales, intermodal, port offices.

Requirements:

· College degree with at least 3 years’ experience in shipping, can be can be either shipping line or freight forwarder.

· Strong negotiation and presentation skills

· Good Communication in English (written and spoken).

· Preferred candidates from International Business or logistics related careers.

· Fast learner with analytical mind.

· Computer savvy, general knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new systems.

· Ability to work under high pressure.
