GENERAL DIRECTOR – 3PL LOGISTICS

Requirements

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in international Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Logistics, preferably from Universidad Anáhuac or similar institutions.

Languages:
• Advanced English (business-level conversation).

Experience:
• At least 10 years in General Management positions within 3PL logistics companies, international transportation, freight forwarding, or cargo agents (mandatory), ideally with experience in last-mile logistics.
• Extensive knowledge of logistics and international transportation across different modes: land, sea, air, and multimodal.
• Experience in managing customs processes.
• Proven experience in logistics companies, with in-depth knowledge of air, maritime, and land logistics.

• Effective communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Negotiation: Strong ability to close key deals and represent the company before clients, partners, and authorities.

Additional Requirements:
• Experience managing teams of more than 45 employees with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Full availability to work under pressure, with flexible hours and frequent national and international travel.
• Valid passport and visa.
