We are looking for recent graduates or students in their last semester/period in their Systems Engineering, Data and AI, Cybersecurity, and similar majors who want to be part of the eighth generation of our training program.
During this training, participants will take several instructor-led training courses to improve their technical, administrative, and soft skills while being part of multicultural and multidisciplinary teams to work on real-life projects. We will help you improve your English language and project management skills.
This intensive training has a duration of six months, and each participant will receive a scholarship each month, which will not represent any legal bond to the company.
The training program is comprised of:
* Intensive training in Salesforce Administration and Business Analysis or Salesforce Development.
* English language training to improve your current skills. We have several clients in the USA, so we need everyone to speak English fluently.
* Project Management and Design Thinking workshops.
* Hands-on training in Salesforce Projects.
* Mentorship program. You will work with seasoned developers and business analysts who will help you understand the challenges you will face during the project periods.
* Soft skills training. We'll invite personalities from The Ksquare Group and external ones to help you improve your current soft skills.
* Coffee with Experts. External and internal experts will help you understand the Salesforce ecosystem and the career paths you may take to become a Trailblazer.
After training, we will extend a job offer to all participants who successfully finish it.
Paid training with the opportunity to get a job offer after six months.
