We are currently seeking an Order Entry Intern to provide administrative support primarily in the areas of order placement, replenishment, and other assigned tasks.
As an Order Entry Intern, your responsibilities will include:
- Managmenet of sales orders for the Monterrey and Mexico offices.
- Preaparation of final resports for sales palced.
- Printing and organizing the necesarry documentation to bill the sales of the day
- Preparing detailed balances for the different assigned proyects.
- Generate blank quotes for billing processes.
- Assisting with the placement of guarantee replacements and error corrections
Who you are:
Required Skills and Competencies
- Currently studying a bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Commerce or related.
- To graduate at least on June 2026 or later
- Intermediet English level
- Knowledge of MS Office, One Drive and Outlook is desired
