The opportunity for you:
As a Finance Analyst, you will have a tangible impact on the efficiency and accuracy of our financial operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our growth and success You will be a key member of the Finance team, reporting directly to the Finance Manager, responsible for managing various financial tasks and supporting our mission to modernize the freight forwarding industry.
What you'll do in a typical week
- Review and process invoices promptly and accurately, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Apply for payments in the ERP and Retool systems on time.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.
- Engage with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies or issues.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of accounts payable policies and procedures.
What you know:
- 6 -12 months of experience in finance, with a preference for experience in accounts payable.
- Bachelor's degree related to the finance field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
- Effective communication skills and problem-solving abilities
