Our team is part of the Mobile Network Market Delivery and Quality group, focusing on the implementation and quality assurance of Radio Access Network (RAN) projects. We work on optimizing critical networks to ensure high-quality service delivery, supporting Nokia's mission to connect the world. Our team operates in a dynamic hybrid environment that combines remote flexibility with in-person collaboration.
Role Overview:
Join as a RollOut and Quality Intern, where you’ll play a vital role in optimizing Radio Access Network (RAN) projects that enhance global connectivity. In our dynamic hybrid environment, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of remote work while collaborating in-person, fostering open communication and teamwork. You’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge RAN technologies, helping to plan, monitor, and ensure the quality of delivery service. Your contributions will directly support our mission to connect the world through high-quality project execution.
As part of the team, you will have:
Support the roll-out and quality control of RAN projects.
Plan and manage deployment activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Monitor, report, and optimize service delivery performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance network performance.
Conduct testing and validation of RAN technologies.
Analyze network data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Develop detailed documentation for processes, designs, and troubleshooting procedures.
You have:

Proven teamwork and collaboration experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Effective time management and organizational skills
Full use of Microsoft Tools.
