Bachelor degree in Telecommunications and electronics, Computer Systems or related.
Graduated between 2024 and 2025
Sales experience is preferred, sales skills.
Strong understanding of basic networking concepts (OSI model, TCP/IP, switches, routers, etc.).
Activities:
1. Act as the junior-level implementer of marketing and sales work, and engage in basic and routine work of customer platform and marketing work. Participate in the operation of sales projects, complete the market survey of some regions, and undertake the development and sales of some existing accounts.
2. Complete sales project management, such as project initiation and project analysis meeting.
3. Provide suggestions on the "risk identification" part of the transaction quality of the whole LTC process under guidance.
Understand the responsibilities of the iron triangle and the requirements for account managers. Have the following professional knowledge requirements:
1. Customer relationship management methods, medium-level/medium- and senior-level KR skills, organization customer relationship-planning/execution, and customer relationship planning and management skills.
2. Industry insight method and requirement guidance method - PPVVC; Customer understanding: Understand and analyze customer operation/network/organization/process requirements/pain points/root causes. Customer guidance: Influence the customer's decision-making and procurement tendency of a single project.
3. Knowledge and methods of sales project management, responsibilities of PDs, and project operations; Master key behavior points in sales project operations, such as information acquisition and project analysis, project strategy formulation and plan execution, resource coordination and problem resolution, and customer influence.
4. Business text reading and writing knowledge, writing methods and skills, transaction risk management and business negotiation skills.
