Conocimientos y habilidades
- 1-3 years of experience in an architectural practice, ideally with hospitality experience.
-- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent.
- Licensed or registered architect.
- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office.
- 100% bilingual English/Spanish, well written, with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, construction, and structural systems.
- Effective communicator with a collaborative and team-conscious approach.
- Ability to navigate challenging situations with tact, grace, and emotional intelligence.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Additional skills in Illustrator, Rhino, and Grasshopper are a plus

Actividades
- Contribute to the design and technical delivery of architectural projects.
- Apply knowledge of architectural principles, technical details, codes, and material characteristics to project development.
- Participate in all project phases, primarily focusing on design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
- Collaborate with design teams, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies, and vendors to achieve project goals.
- Produce BIM models and construction drawings with precision and accuracy.
- Resolve complex technical and design challenges by developing innovative and constructible solutions.
- Support and advocate for sustainability goals throughout all project phases.
- Engage in climate-focused analysis and studies to enhance project sustainability performance.
