Maintenance Specialist Program

As a Maintenance Specialist, you'll embark on a unique journey. After the initial year, be prepared to be relocated to a U.S. location.

You will be responsible for ensuring equipment uptime through timely, providing support to the maintenance team to solve the different failures, and troubleshooting and repair of all production equipment.

Responsibilities

Provide aid and expertise to plant maintenance and production teams.

Aid in any repairs needed on production machinery and/or operation, as necessary.

Provide information on needs for long-term success of facilities.

Provide maintenance and operational support to any plant that requires it.

Identify problems and wear & tear on machine centers for every line.

Perform root cause analysis for corrective actions.

Provide support to the new startup plants.

What do you need to be part of the program?

Engineering degree in mechanic, electronic, mechatronic, industrial engineering or similar.

Experience is no needed.

Advanced English level.

Valid tourist visa and passport.

Interest in a hands-on job and maintenance (this is not a desk job)

Availability to travel 75% of the time between Mexico & US.

Located in Mexico State or Monterrey or have availability to be relocated.

Availability to work different shifts and schedule.
