Descripción del puesto

Join our Human Resources team as a People Operations Intern and play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of our daily HR operations. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, and offboarding, while contributing to important HR projects that impact the entire organization.

In this role, you will help maintain accurate and confidential employee records, assist with employee benefits and recognition programs, and support wellness initiatives that promote a positive work environment. You will also participate in special projects and coordinate essential HR administrative tasks, providing you with broad exposure to operational processes within People Operations.

We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to learn. You will collaborate closely with the People Partner and different teams across the company, developing communication and teamwork skills in a dynamic, hybrid work setting. Your proactive attitude and ability to prioritize tasks will be essential as you manage both routine administrative duties and more strategic activities.

Candidates should be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program related to Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields. Intermediate English and Microsoft Office skills are expected, with a preference for those with some Excel knowledge. The ideal intern will have at least six months available to commit, with a flexible schedule and the ability to be present in the office at least three days per week.

This internship offers a monthly stipend of MXN $10,500 and the chance to work in modern office locations in Mexico City, alternating between Park Insurgentes and Capital Reforma. If you are adaptable, ready to take on a meaningful administrative workload, and excited to deepen your understanding of HR operations, this is an excellent opportunity to build your professional career in People Operations.
