About the Role
We are looking for a motivated recent graduate to join our HR team as a Payroll & Compensation Analyst. This position offers the opportunity to develop your career in the field of human resources, focusing on payroll processing, compensation analysis, and employee data management.
Key Responsibilities
Support the preparation and processing of monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
Assist in maintaining employee compensation and benefits records.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure correct and timely salary payments.
Participate in audits and reporting related to payroll and compensation.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the HR department.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken).
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and teamwork skills.
Availability to work 100% on-site in Santa Fe.
