We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our payroll team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates interested in developing a career in HR.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and an advanced level of English, as the role involves working with international teams and technical documentation.
Intermediate to advanced Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Support the accurate and timely processing of payroll for local and international employees.
Verify the accuracy of salary-related information including deductions, taxes, and benefits.
Prepare periodic reports on payroll, taxes, and other key metrics.
Maintain up-to-date employee records and supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
Collaborate with HR, finance, and compliance teams.
Respond to internal inquiries regarding payslips, deductions, and benefits.
Assist in continuous improvement and payroll automation projects.
Requirements:
Recent graduate 2024-2025 in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) – testing will be applied.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret numerical data.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, basic formulas).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
