At Immigration Pros MX, we’re looking for Immigration Legal support. A person with a high level of organization, attention to detail, and professional commitment to join our team. We operate in the field of corporate immigration, providing specialized services to national and international companies that hire foreign talent in Mexico. This role is key in providing legal and operational support for the immigration procedures of their employees and families.
Main Responsibilities
Document and Administrative Management
● Create and maintain digital case files in Notion and Google Drive
● Prepare and review documentation according to INM, SRE, and consulate guidelines
● Ensure legal accuracy and consistency of all client documents
Immigration Process Handling
● Schedule appointments with INM and other authorities
● Submit applications and track each case through to resolution
● Record progress and observations in our internal platforms
Communication with Corporate Clients and Expatriates
● Coordinate document handover and collection
● Provide clear and professional follow-up via email, phone, and WhatsApp
● Offer accurate support through every stage of the legal process
Required Profile
● University, minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law without graduating
● Knowledge of Mexican Immigration Law or experience with INM processes preferable
● Also required: Commercial law, Corporate Law, Real estate law
● Excellent written and verbal communication in both Spanish and English
● Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and professional ethics
Technical Skills
● Proficient in Google Workspace and Office tools
● Experience with digital platforms (Notion, CRMs, document management systems)
● Ability to learn internal collaborative tools
Work Modality
● On-site position from Monday to Friday in Polanco, with internal digital workflow
● Ongoing collaboration with remote team and centralized processes
Compensation and Benefits
● Monthly salary of between $ 6.000 and $ 12.000 MXN + Commission
