About The Role
We’re looking for our next Business Development Representative. An energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within companies.
This role has to be more than the 70% of their time-based in Mexico City.
Main challenges
● Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for your peers, the Account Executives and Sales Managers.
● Design cadences to improve the approach with prospects.
● Qualify business opportunities through phone calls, emails, etc.
● Use prospecting and research tools, coordinate with assigned reps to qualify opportunities; prepare for and book pitch meetings with target prospects.
● Meet and/or exceed sales development goals.
● Work closely and collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans.
● Apply Sales Intelligence to know all about our clients.
● Work internally with other departments to ensure proper quality and quantity of meetings.
● “If it doesn’t appear in Salesforce, it doesn’t exist”: this means maintaining our CRM up to date.
You have
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
● At least 1 year of experience working in Sales.
● Excellent organizational skills to manage pipelines, calls, clients, leads, proposals and make relations with prospects.
● Excellent teamwork skills.
● Proven experience working with Salesforce (or any other CRM).
● Proven experience working with CRM, indicators and dashboards will be a plus.
● Knowledge of SaaS products and services.
● Structured and always eager to improve the way you work.
